Description: Roti ka noodles:

Noodles is  used as break fast, evening snacks and also for dinner . It is healthy and delicious. It takes only 20_25 min to cook and make it serve. Noodles recipe is super quick with a hand ful of ingredients. It can be served on there own or with some fried egg , Chinese sides like chilli chicken or Manchurian dishes.

Ingredients needed: 

  • cooked roti
  • egg
  • black pepper
  • salt
  • sugar
  • .white oil
  • carrot
  • cucumber
  • green chili
  • red chili powder
  • beans
  • onion
  • garlic
  • vinegar
  • tomato sauce
  • soya sauce
  • capcicum red and green.

 How to make step by step procedure: 

1.take a left over roti fold it and cut it into smaller pieces.and marinated with salt ,vinegar and white oil
2.beat the egg add pinch of salt and fry and cut into smaller pieces.
3.add oil in a pan fry all the vegetables .
4.take a bowl and mixed tomato sauce,soya sauce and vinegar .
5.add the mixture
6.add the marinated rati with vegetables .
7.add sugar taste it if needed add some salt .
8.finally add fried egg
9.served it with sauce , cucumber and onion pieces.
