2 IN ONE RAVA SWEETS



DESCRIPTION :

 Traditional Indian Desert Sooji and Carrot  Halwa its is a puding like dish.  Sugar,ghee ,Rava and Carrot . This Dish is made as proshad (offering) to God for Various Festivals.It is quick and simple to make . It looks Rich and Taste Awesome.

 INGREDIENTS NEEDED:

  • 1 cup Rava(sooji)
  • 1 Carrot small grated 
  • Sugar 
  •  Salt 
  • 2 cup full cream milk
  •  power milk
  •  Cardamon 2_3 pie
  •  Rose water 
  • bay leaves and
  •  Rose petals for decoration.

 INSTRUCTIONS For Cooking:


For 1st layer: Rava layer
* heat the pan add ghee in a pan fry bay leaves,cadaman and rava (sooji).
*Fry It together until Rava change colour and smell Fragment.
* Add sugar, salt and full cream milk boiled it .
*Add ghee and mixed it well.
* Take a plate add ghee and transfer the sooji mixture in it cool and set it for 10 _15 min.


2 nd layer : Carrot layer
* boiled the grated carrot with salt.
* heat a pan add some ghee fry Cardamon ,bay leaves and carrot .
* Add some sugar , full cream milk and milk power to taste.
* Mixed it well and add ghee.
* add rose water to the first layer after that add the second layer over it.
*set it for 10_ 15 min and finally cut it into a small pieces and served it with rose petals.
