EASY PANEER MASALA



DESCRIPTION  :

Paneer masala is an Indian dish . It is served in a special spiced gravy. It is a vegetarian dish alternative to chicken dish. you can make it for lunch , dinner or for a gate together. It is a creamy gravy which is easy to make and doesn’t require a lot of preparation.you can served it with chapatti ,paratha,naan ,tanduri as per your choice.

 INGREDIENTS NEEDED:

  • paneer 200gm 
  • milk 1cup 
  •  water 1cup 
  •  coriander paste
  •  red chilli powder
  •  salt
  • sugar
  • cumin seeds
  • red chilli,bay leaves
  • Greated tomato 
  • onion chopped green chili 
  •  butter and white oil
  • chopped coriander leaves.


 HOW TO MAKE :

1.Heat the pan add some white oil then add  bay leaves,cumin seeds,and red chilli fry it well.
2.Add Greated onion,tomato , green chili and coriander paste mixed it.
3.Add sugar ,salt,chili powder and milk cook it until the colour change .
4.Add  paneer which is mixed with water and salt with marinated water.
5. Finally add butter and coriander leaves and serve it with paratha.
