DESCRIPTION:

The dish originated in East India. Odisha and West Bengal have variously claimed to be its birthplace. It is our favorite Bengali sweet.
Rossogolla is a juicy milk base desert.love by people all over India. is also a one type of sweet. 

INGREDIENTS NEEDED

2 cup boiled rice
2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon corn flour
1tablespoon all purposes flour/ maida 1 table spoon salt.
1 table spoon milk power
ghee and 2or 3elachi .

HOW TO MAKE

Take a mixer/ grinder jar and pour boiled rice and blend very well with teaspoon milk powder and sooji.

Pour all the rice on a plate make sure your plate is greased with ghee and take 1 tablespoon of cornflour and 1 tablespoon of maida 1cup sugar ,pinch of salt and one elaichi  and make  it like dough

To Make balls of rice dough apply some ghee on hand make it and keep aside.

 Take a pan and pour 1cup  sugar and 2 cup of water when it starts boil take on low flame and pour our balls on it .

Bake it for 10 to 15 minutes and serve it.
