BHATAR KOFTA

it is easy and quick to make .
kofta make a great Tea time snacks . It is a Thakurbarir special ranna.

INGREDIENTS NEEDED :

  • sooji
  •  maida
  • salt
  • sugar
  • ghee
  • govindo bhog rice
  • khoya kheer
  •  chopped
  • paste green chilis
  •  paste Ginger
  • lime curd
  • garam masala powder
  • kaju badam
  • kismiss
  • milk
  • saffron and
  • white oil.

HOW TO MAKE:

1. fully cooked Govindobhog rice .
2. Take the rice in a bowl add garam masala, chopped green chili ,salt and khoya kheer mixed all the ingredients.
3. Add a ghee in a pan  and fry some kaju and kismis and add to the mixture.
4.add some saffron mixed with milk in the mixture and make a dough.
5. apply some ghee in both hand and make a small ball from the mixture and keep aside.
6.make a batter with lime curd ,salt , green chili paste and ginger paste.
7. take the ball dip in the batter then dip it with maida and sooji . do another  layer with same. after double coating .
8 After double coating deep fry with some white oil mixed with ghee.
serve it with tea in breakfast or snacks time
