DESCRIPTION:
Khapse is famous Arunachal Pradesh snacks. Losar is a Tibetian word for new year which is celebrate by Buddhists. khapse is used for snacks and special bhog of lord Buddha in Arunachal Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh and Sikkim. It is a traditional biscuits. It can served with tea or coffee the fried one but for puja purpose used liquid kheer on the top.
INGREDIENTS NEEDED:
All purpose flour (maida),Milk,sooji,salt ,sugar baking powder,white oil,elachi and ghee.HOW TO MAKE :
1. PREPARATION OF DOUGH:

take all purpose flour
- salt,sugar
- baking powder
- sooji and mixed it well.
- Then add some white oil
- milk and make a soft dough.
