Here is the super sweet, yummy and gorgeous Mango Doi.Mango Doi is a
very popular recipe. Mishti Doi is one of the well known sweets from
Bengal . mango doi served chill and with mango. We really enjoyed this
dessert . which is soft and solid on top and semi-solid in the bottom.
Ingredients
Ripe Mango ,Sugar, Milk , lime curd, cornflour
How to cook Without break :
1.Use fresh mango then puree the mango and talk about 1/2 cup of it.
2. use regular yogurt, strain it and remove the excess water.
3.Pre-heat the oven and boli the milk.
4. Make a fine paste of Mango puree and sugar
Steps:
1.Mix the puree, yogurt, evaporated milk, sugar and cornflour.
2. boil it in a low flame for 5 to10 min.
3. after boiling put this liquid mixture in a container and keep aside for 7to 8 hour cover it with towel.
How to cook break doi :
mixed mango puree and sugar paste with cold Liquid milk. then add this mixture to evaporate milk and make a fine mixture . then add lime curd and mixed it well after sometime mixed cornflour and make a smooth paste. pore the paste in a steel container and cover it .take a pressure cooker add some salt for layer then place the container and break it for 15 to 20 min. then take out the container and keep it in a refrigerator for half an hour finally it ready to serve.
