Corona R Dalna

Description



Corona R Dalna is a signature Bengali vegetarian dish. It is  made using ole which is fried and simmered in a satvic gravy i.e. a gravy without onion and garlic. I make this recipe first time it is an experimental recipe. Coronar danla is Serve  with Bengali Luchi Recipe or  Paratha as well as rice. Recipe for lunch and dinner. How to make coronar danla:



2 teaspoon cumin seeds.
3 teaspoon ginger paste.
salt as required
sugar as required
1/2 litre mustard oil
1/2 tablespoon ghee
2 bay leaf
1 teaspoon turmeric power
3 teaspoon red chilli powder
1/2 cup tomato puree
1 cup water
4 green chilli
1 handful coriander leaves
1 teaspoon garam masala power.
Ole 100 gm
Potato 1pis cuted into 4 parts,
Carrot cute into small pieces
Coconut cuted into small piece
Coconut paste
Coconut water
Basone 1 cup.

How To cook:

# making batter for corona fry: 1 cup beson, salt , sugar, baking powder, chilli power, green chilli mustard oil and water as per required .
# Making dough of corona fry : in a pan add mustard oil, kismis, black cumin seeds, dry red chilli, coconut cuted into small piece fry it then add mash ole mixed it then add masala salt and sugar as per required, turmaric power, chilli power mixed it dough is ready.
#making a corona fry structure : make a small ball from the dough and put some carrot slice to make it a corona structure.
#making corona fry: apply liquid batter and deep fry all the balls.
# making gravey: in a pan add cumin seeds, dry red chili, ginger paste, coconut paste, salt and sugar as per taste add boiled potato and fry it.
Add turmaric power, chilli power, and coconut milk boil it. Add corona fry mixed it with gravy and add some ghee and garam masala to taste.
Serve Coronar danla with roti, luchi, paratha, rice....
As lunch or dinner. Coronar danla is an unique experimental recipe of mine.
